1. 9000 VW Arc Weldable Straingage
Introduction
The design principle of a vibrating string supported strain gauge is to fix the two ends of a steel string in a hollow metal tube. When the metal tube is deformed due to external force or temperature, the tension of the steel string will increase or decrease, and its resonance frequency will change accordingly. The resonance frequency can be measured by vibrating wire reader or automatic collector, and then the strain can be calculated.
The observation application of the 9000 vibrating wire support strain gauge is to install vibrating wire strain gauges on the left and right sides of the beam belly of the horizontal support steel. When the support steel is subjected to force, the strain gauge generates strain, which allows engineering personnel to calculate the stress acting on the support.

2. 9200 VW Concrete Embedment Straingage
Introduction
Vibrating wire concrete strain gauge is used to monitor the strain of reinforced concrete or concrete structure during grouting. The 9200 concrete strain gauge body is equipped with a steel string. When the concrete distance between the fixed ends of two steel strings changes, the tension of the steel string will change. The induction coil on the strain gauge can receive the frequency signal of the steel string through the vibrating wire readout, and the corresponding strain value can be obtained through the calculation of the engineering personnel
Concrete strain gauges generally need to be installed before concrete grouting. In order to enhance the strength of the concrete, construction personnel will add steel bars to the concrete. When installing concrete strain gauges, fine iron wires are usually used to fix them between the main steel bars of the steel bars.
