This residential project (by HDB) interfaces with both Downtown line and Circle line MRT alignments as well as the station boxes. Since the piling works will be carried out within MRT 1st and 2nd reserve lines, the early application, geometry survey inside tunnel and precise setting out of the reserve lines become critical and essential to the project.

Extensive instrumentations were proposed for at Macpherson station and tunnel. Typical arrays (Real time EL beam and ATMs) to be installed at 3-meter intervals.

Our work scopes for this project mainly consist of:

1. Pre-condition survey, tunnel geometry survey and track-alignment survey by registered surveyor
2. All necessary clearance with DBC/LTA/SBST/SMRT
3. Real time total station installations with communication and data presentation (10 No.s)
4. Real time vibration installation and monitoring
5. Real time EL (MEMS) beam installation and monitoring
6. Optical prisms and building marker installation and monitoring
7. Professional endorsement and submission of monitoring results periodically
