ST's General Principles

To ensure project quality and client-satisfactory completion, we would like to implement C-C-C-C-C-C-C (“7C”) principles focusing on LTA project, which are:

1. Commitment to the project with dedicated team.
2. Coordinate closely with client, consultant, civil contractor and agencies.
3. Communicate promptly and actively with all parties, raise project issues & concerns, discuss and resolve in daily / weekly / monthly meetings.
4. Comprehensive risk assessment and safety work procedure to be strictly followed on site.
5. Continuous training and education to all team members throughout the project.
6. Compliance fully to LTA specifications and S.O. instructions.
7. Choose wireless / automated monitoring wherever and whenever feasible, to achieve productivity gain and eliminate human errors.

Assisted and facilitated by licenced LCDW, team shall ensure nearby utility, underground services, tunnel and other sensitive structures and objects are clearly identified and demarcated on site. Prepare, submit and keep records of the approved NCD/NCE record properly. Check the validity of the documents prior to actual daily works and operation.
