Champions Green BTO comprises of six residential blocks that are 10 stories high and a total of 722 units was launched on MAY 2019 by HDB. It located just off Seletar Expressway, in between Woodlands Ave 1 and 2, and bounded by Champions Way and Woodlands Drive 17. The project encroached into the MRT reserve lines of Thomson East Coast Line, close monitoring deemed to be necessary not only for both woodlands and Changi bounds, but also reception track/tunnel connects to Mandai Depot.

The work scopes of N5C24 monitoring project is similar to 43A in nature with additions of:

(a) 60 No.s of ground bore-hole instruments including inclinometers, water standpipes and piezometers.

(b) Surface monitoring for adjacent school and buildings.

(c) Larger quantities of real-time instruments including crack meters inside tunnel.
