1. 9011 VW Rebar Strainmeter

Introduction

The steel stress gauge (# 4) in the engineering monitoring instrument is called the "Sister Bar", which is used to measure the strain of steel bars embedded in concrete to timely reflect the stress situation of the steel bars, providing reference for on-site engineering personnel for construction. Steel stress gauges are usually used to monitor the strain of components such as foundation piles, continuous walls, bridge piers, tunnel lining, and caissons.

The structure of Model 9011 vibrating wire reinforcement stress gauge is to connect two reinforcements at both ends of the special instrument. The middle instrument section contains a set of micro vibrating wire strain gauges and an induction coil. The coil connecting cable is led out from the center of the strain gauge and connected to the vibrating wire reader (VW405) or data collector. These readers can provide an excitation voltage required to make the steel string vibrate. After the reinforcement meter is excited and resonated, the reader measures the vibration frequency of the steel string. Through the changes in this vibration frequency, on-site monitoring personnel can accurately calculate the stress value of the tested steel bar.

2. 9410 VW Strandmeter

Introduction

The design purpose of the 9410 vibrating wire stress meter is to measure the stress values of steel cables, steel rods, prestressed steel tendons, or steel strands. The specially designed fixed base at both ends of the instrument can firmly bite onto the steel cable. Steel cables of different thicknesses must use fixed bases of corresponding sizes. The instrument body can be locked onto a steel cable and buried in concrete with a protective cover (waterproof).

This product is mainly used in bridges, highways, hydroelectric power plants, railway facilities, chemical factories, and nuclear power plants.
